Ryan Heary has been involved in the health and fitness industry for nearly 10 years, and has been a trainer at GTAC for 5 years. He became interested in fitness at a very young age and has since fallen in love with working out and being able to help others achieve their fitness goals.
Ryan Heary is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and stays up-to-date on new fitness techniques. He also has extensive knowledge in nutrition and how the human body works. His specialty is weight loss and he also has a lot of experience working with clients who have limitations and/or disabilities.
Ryan will sit down with you to discuss your goals, and then will set up a workout program, dedicated to your needs, and will coach you on proper nutrition and diet. He wants you to succeed and is dedicated to helping you achieve the body and healthy lifestyle that you want live.
